Complex Updates Made Easy
Configurable business rules make it so that very simple forms allow your end-users to perform functions that would otherwise include hours of data-entry safely. For example, you can create and configure a form where your end-user can change a contact’s location from a drop-down (no typos possible). This single change could cascade into several attributes changing in the backend according to business rules you’ve set up. For your end user, it’s a single selection and click. This replaces the drudgery of trying to do this manually using the operating system or cloud tools.
You can also configure and provide your users update forms which allow people to view and edit directory attributes more directly.
This is useful, for example, when you need to create another contact that needs to be very similar to an existing one.
