The support mailbox and telephone is monitored 8 AM - 6 PM Mountain Time USA (GMT - 7) and we try to respond to all support inquiries within four hours Monday through Friday during the support hours.

To open a support ticket via email:
  1. Create an email message to support@webactivedirectory.com.

  2. Include the following information about your case in the email.
