January 18, 2017: Making complex updates in Active Directory is a relatively common task. In this context we’re defining a complex update is one where several changes must be made to something like a user’s account. When someone’s job title or office location changes that itself is simple to understand. Such a change might necessitate moving the user into another OU, removing them from several groups associated with their old title/location, and adding them to others. Complexity here refers to the multiple steps one must take and the multiple permutations of possibilities there are. November 8, 2016: PeopleProvision/PeopleNexus v3.3 released. Introducing PeopleFlow: workflow for provisioning approvals and scheduling for ongoing jobs. With PeopleFlow you can schedule jobs to run some number of minutes after an application event occurs or to occur on an ongoing scheduled basis. For example you could license a user into another system some number of minutes after they were provisioned– an activity that isn’t possible immediately after they are created. This release also contains many additions and enhancements to the platform framework.
October 2, 2016: PeoplePassword 5.1 released. Selected (or all) users now have the option to be auto-enrolled with answers to their challenge questions coming from Active Directory all under your control. Bug-fixes.

July 24, 2016: PeoplePassword v5.0 released. The software has much greater flexibility about how you set up your factors of authentication for users for their password resets, password changes, and account unlocks (you can have from zero to three factors set up for each user for each action). One of the possible 3 factors of authentication in play is now SMS (text) messaging. See this video What’s New in PeoplePassword v5.0.
July 18, 2016: PeopleProvision/PeopleNexus v3.2 released. Better support for multiple provisioning forms, notifications can now be configured for when a duplicate user is provisioned, PeopleNexus can now be configured to grab files for processing from a local and/or network drive (in addition to FTP which it could always do).

June 10, 2016: PeopleProvision/PeopleNexus v3.1 released. Support in provisioning rules for provisioning users into Office365, Exchange, and Google Apps (as well as placing someone in a specified group in Google Apps). This functionality was moved from output mappings into provisioning rules for greater flexibility. Bug fixes. For more information, see these videos: PeopleNexus and PeopleProvision.
June 2, 2016: PeopleUpdate/PeopleSearch v4.7.4 released. Multi-valued attributes displayed by something other than their CN are now sorted correctly.
May 27, 2016: PeoplePassword v4.4 released. Enrollment, Recovery, and Help Desk Centers now have a responsive user interface looking good on smaller mobile devices to tablets on up through your desktop without the need to zoom or manually scale yourself. April 5, 2016: PeopleUpdate/PeopleSearch v4.7.1 released. This release brings the ability to display LDAP attributes that are internally stored by Distinguished Name (DN) as something other than by their Common Name (CN). The default behavior of the application won’t change but this feature is available if desired. PeopleUpdate users also have a more user-friendly environment when adding values to multi-valued attributes that contain many values.
